Sunday Makers needs nothing from you to come along: no account, no sign-up, no fee. This website collects as little as it can, and this page explains what that is. It follows the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP) and the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
Who is responsible
Sunday Makers is run by Marco Lüthi and Marco Leder. Responsible for this website:

This website
sundaymakers.club is a static website without cookies, analytics or tracking. Its fonts are served from the website itself. When you visit a page, the hosting provider Vercel Inc. (based in the United States, with data centres worldwide) automatically records technical access data in server logs: your IP address, date and time, the requested page, referrer and browser type. This is needed to deliver the site and keep it secure (legitimate interest, Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). The logs are deleted after a short period.
The calendar
The calendar loads the club's events from this website (they are stored with Supabase, in the EU). That request carries nothing about you beyond the technical access data above. “Add to calendar” creates the calendar file in your browser; nothing is sent anywhere. “Directions” opens Apple Maps, where Apple's privacy policy applies.
The map (Mapbox)
The map on the calendar is provided by Mapbox, Inc. (United States). To show it, your browser downloads map data for the area on screen from Mapbox, which reveals your IP address, your browser type and the map area to Mapbox. When the map loads, Mapbox also receives a short notice that a map was shown, which it uses for billing. Your location is never asked for or sent. Mapbox processes this data under its privacy policy. We show the map because a calendar of meetups needs to show where they are (legitimate interest, Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
LinkedIn and other links
The club's group lives on LinkedIn. The links to it, and to event pages elsewhere, are plain links: nothing loads from LinkedIn until you click, and then LinkedIn's privacy policy applies.
If you write to us, we use your message and address only to answer you, and delete them when they are no longer needed.
Organisers
The organisers sign in to manage events with a code sent to their email address (Supabase Auth). Their address, sign-in times and session are stored for that purpose only. Visitors never sign in.
Your rights
You have the right to request access to your personal data and to have it corrected or deleted, to object to or restrict processing, and to data portability. As the website identifies no one, we usually hold no personal data about you. To exercise your rights, email hi@luthi-mar.co. You can also lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority: in Switzerland the Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC), in the EU the data protection authority of your country.
International transfers
Vercel Inc. and Mapbox are based in the United States. Data sent to them is transferred under safeguards such as the EU–US and Swiss–US Data Privacy Framework and standard contractual clauses.
